National Reconciliation: Fundamental points revolve around the spiral of building the modern Libyan state

The term "national reconciliation" has become popular among all concerned parties. The tone of reconciliation between the political and social parties of Libya has been everywhere, among Arab and foreign countries and within the country during the last years after the fall of the former Libyan regime.

The idea of Libyan reconciliation has resulted from the deterioration of public affairs in Libya. Reconciliation in its current form is working to convey the only hope, the hope that will win the Libyan nation from the continuity of the cycle of conflict between the poles of conflict over power, wealth, and weapons.

The struggle between the poles and the conflicting political parties continues, pushing them to the very foundations of building the modern Libyan state, driving them out of the hellish cycle that revolves around the unknown in the absence of general and comprehensive reconciliation.

There are many complex questions about how to build modern countries, especially for the Libyan people. Considering that none of us knows what the term "national reconciliation" means and how we are striving to heal the wounds of the Libyan people and Libyan groups wherever they are.

National work helps to overcome the personal distress of the Libyan citizens in their property, money, martyrs, death, wounds, dignity and the destruction of their precious homeland Libya.

The mass destruction that has afflicted the entire spectrum of the Libyan people through the past years, it is a Libyan social process based on the scars of national reconciliation that seek to restore love and fraternity among the Libyans from the evils of strife, hatred, slander, a social work that restore the free and the free state of Libya, in every aspect of life.

A national reconciliation is a work to consolidate full citizenship within the framework of the national unity of Libya, which works on the Libyan national dialogue between the components of the Libyan people, which leads to the reconciliation of Libyan society.

The safety of the Libyan society and the unity of purpose are meant to serve as the System of power sharing in the Libyan state which distributes to the executive, legislative and judicial functions.

The process of national reconciliation is to lead to the building of integrated Libyan society, and to the way out of the spiral of building the Libyan state after clarifying the roles and responsibilities of all authorities in the permanent Constitution of the Libyan state, which is considered to be the highest law in the Libyan contemporary society.

A formula of effective consensus towards building a democratic society that transcends the effects of violence, intolerance and division by all its means, which is considered a cancerous tumor that we must all eradicate it from the body of the Libyan nation, Libya must be free from all malignant and infectious diseases of the new Libyan generations coming from behind us.

Libyan national reconciliation is done when finding channels of direct communication inside and outside the country between all the parties, especially the political leaders who are in conflict with each other and community leaders that help to find quick solutions that help to solve the complexities currently existing problems and issues in the country.

Direct Libyan community relationships that enable a continuous dialogue and reduce its sizzling issues and problems during the Libyan crises, which we see from time to time, working on the intellectual renaissance and cultural and artistic political comprehensive among all parties to the conflict.

The real problem at the core of the disagreement is the lack of a suitable dialogue ground for continuing to work during the discussion and exchange of views on the reconciliation and the Libyan handshake among the Libyan parties in the face of the challenges of the present and future in the context of political dynamics.

National responsibility requires us to work together with all honorable national forces to stop the state of total collapse and put an end to the deterioration that hit the Libyan nation from the disasters witnessed by the Libyan people every day in the country.

National Reconciliation is the reconciliation of the people of the modern Libyan state with political, economic and social programs that bring us closer to our dreams without exception.

National reconciliation has the key to all closed doors, today; we say that the steps begin with one step in rapprochement to move towards building the foundations of modern civilization in Libya.
