The two bodies represented in the House of Representatives and the Council of State are working to impose parallel results between the three parties in resolving the political crisis in the areas of their duties, competence, and responsibilities before the Libyan people.

The steps of success include the national reconciliation government to ensure security and stability and create the atmosphere for comprehensive national reconciliation, but the extent of the response of the House of Representatives to this mini-government of the doubts in the eastern region about what it means to serve the Libyan east of reforms and restoration and building in the presence of a unified Libyan state, The Libyan Accord, which it won internationally.

It is also the political weight in the measures and arrangement of the Libyan governmental institutions when forming a unified national government, a unified presidential council, and unified municipal councils under an integrated political system.

The outcome of the dialogue from the Libyan community is that of successive stable governments that work at lower political and socioeconomic costs in difficult circumstances experienced by
Libya.

In the opinion of the Libyan people, what is not needed today slogans, sermons, and visits to Arab and foreign countries as much as we need the services of health, education and reconstruction and construction and maintenance of schools and hospitals and comprehensive economic reforms and other matters that serve the public interest in Libya.

The Government of National Reconciliation is the legitimate government of the Libyan state, which Libyan spent huge amounts of money from the Libyan state treasury budget. It must formulate the common Libyan community narratives and communicate with the other Libyan parties to reach successful solutions to the problems of the country and its multiple issues, because dialogue with all the conflicting parties is not a temporary, but it is always a choice for the benefit of the Libyan nation and its prosperous future in the peaceful coexistence of all.

All parties call for dialogue and consensus, but the political problems in terms of displacement and migration outside the homeland and the military force in the Libyan national army and the Libyan armed militias are still stuck to be a source of concern in forming the axis of dialogue and consensus between them.

The Libyan state is linked to the Libyan community spirit, in which the basic elements that accommodate all of the multi-faceted identities and the supremacy of national constitutional legitimacy are working to restore the Libyan civil state,
Libya's integrated national democratic state.
