الأزمة في ليبيا... التغير من الدولة الى ملل ونحل


كعادة تتحول الاهتمامات مجددا بالوضع الداخلي في ليبيا، اهتمامات تنصب عند وضع ليبيا السياسي والاقتصادي والأمني المتأزم، الذي ويولي القضية الليبية جانبا كبير من الاهتمام من دول الجيران وخصوصا الطاقم الرئاسي التونسي برئاسة الباجي قائد السبسي في تصرح له بأن الدولة الليبية تحولت الى ملل ونحل!

وبعد عدة حوارات بين الفرقاء الليبيون والمبادرات التونسية والعربية والدولية بخصوص الأزمة الليبية لتسوية الأمور في ليبيا لازال يحيط إمام الفرقاء الكثير من الحواجز التي تمنعهم من الوصول الى الرؤية المستقبلية الشاملة بين الأطراف الليبية المتنازعة والمتحاربة على الدولة الليبية.

إن وتيرة الاهتمامات بالمواضيع الأمنية والاقتصادية والسياسية الليبية تجعل الكثيرين من الدول الجوار تصب اهتماماتها تجنب ليبيا المزيد من الصراع الداخلي التي تجعل من الدولة الليبية كما يقال عليها اليوم مكانا  للملل والنحل التي زرعت خلاياها لتزيد من الصراعات الداخلية وتغلق أبواب الحوار المفتوح أمامهم تمنع المساعدات التي تتحصل عليها من دول العالم  لتطوير ملف نتائج الصخيرات وإعطائه زخما مهما في التوصل الى الحلول النهائية.
لقد أصبحت تونس في الأيام الماضية بوابة التجمع  بلقاءات الليبيون لتوصل الى الحوار في مسائل كثيرة في ما يخص منها استقرار ليبيا ووضع استراتيجة لتعاطي مع كل المتغيرات التي طرأت على الساحة السياسية بين الأطراف المتنازعة.
ولكن بنسبة الى تونس فأن البعد الأمني والاقتصادي هما العاملان اللذان  يحددان استمرارية العلاقات الإستراتيجية الليبية التونسية التي تربط الدولتان  بعضهم البعض بحكم التواصل الجغرافية والتاريخية والإنساني،.
عدم استقرار ليبيا أدى الى التراجع الهائل في عائدات تونس الاقتصادية من ليبيا لان اقتصاد تونس كان مفتوحا على اقتصاد ليبيا في السنيين الماضية مع التبادل التجاري العابرة بين الحدود الليبية التونسية واليد العاملة ومن المشاريع الاستثمارية واستزاد الطاقة الليبية، ولهذه الأسباب تضع تونس اهتماماتها الكاملة على الوضع المتأزم مع جارتها ليبيا.
الكثير من الدول المجاورة خصوصا من شرق وغرب ليبيا والدول الإقليمية والدولية عامة ترى أن ملف ليبيا قد طال عن حدة وأكثر من اللازم للوصل الى حل مرضي يعمل على استقرار المنطقة بالكامل.
لقد قدمت تونس من طرفها حلول تعمل على التدرج الى حل الميليشيات وتنظيم القوى الأمنية وتوحيد الجيش الليبي وحكومة موحدة ومجلس رئاسة والسير نحو انتخابات حرة نزيهة.
هكذا يكون السير الى الطريق الصحيح لإخراج ليبيا من الأزمات ووضع ليبيا في الطريق السليم نحو الاستقرار الذي غاب طويلا عن ليبيا في فترة التحول من الثورة الى الدولة الليبية المنشودة.
