Democracy between political justice and Libyan citizenship rights

It is well known that Libya is currently undergoing a stage of changes and reforms in the concept of the Libyan homeland and the in the concept of the Libyan citizenship, the two concepts achieve a definite harmony in the Libyan national fabric.

The superiority, of the first concept (the Libyan homeland), is essential because, without this concept, we can not achieve Libyan citizenship this.

By virtue of the laws of heaven, the earth (Land) it has a supreme value as the supreme human value, the concept of the homeland can not exist without the existence of the earth.

The existence of the earth was original with the existence of the human being, the vine of God and the International conventions and laws to determine the symbiosis between man and land in the sense that the Libyan homeland and Libyan citizenship.

It is a legal link and a legal obligation that emphasizes the belonging of the Libyan individual to the Libyan state.

Such a deep concept may be linked to the right of the Libyan nation and the Libyan citizenship as the situation of changes and reforms that Libya is experiencing today.

The superiority, of the first concept (the Libyan homeland), is essential because, without this concept, we can not achieve Libyan citizenship. and the Libyan community structure that creates social democracy Libya.

The social fabric of Libya carries the concept of the homeland and Libyan citizenship on the land of Libya with the Libyan people, which aims to establish a Libyan political action in the wake of the emergence of the Libyan nation again.

Therefore, this concept should be rooted and adopted in the culture of the Libyan society, which works to define the meaning of the term Libyan people and the Libyan land to which they belong, and between the Libyan country and the Libyan citizenship, so that there will be integration among them to live in the Libyan land, as happened in many places in the world.

The Libyan nationality, without faith in the homeland and its love, makes the integration of Libyan citizenship into the Libyan nation a formality and has no meaning, because "love of the homeland is the faith".

This will End the conflict between the political poles, which disputed over the authority of Libya through their political platforms and their political activities, in response to the political struggle for power.

There are a dialectic and inevitability between democracy - as a contemporary a widespread concept in the world and Libyan society based on Libyan Identity, which they play an important role in the participation of Libyan national institutions.

We have established the concept of Libyan identity which plays an important role in the visions and ideas that rise to the Libyan National Democratic Thought.

The Libyan citizen must feel that democracy is one of the most important elements of the Libyan political system, which must be found in the Libyan political system to give the citizen effective participation in the national institutions, but that the most important requirements of the country is to enjoy democracy that achieves social justice and the concept of Libyan citizenship and the Libyan nation in the Libyan state.

The Libyan state is weakened by the abandonment or emigration of Libyan citizenship because of the politicization of concepts in the service of the ruling ideologies and their interests. Moreover, the wealth of the Libyan state is in the service of the rulers and the service of the footnote it enjoys.

Every stage of time has corruption and corruption, creates Combining protest movements that take the form of rebellion against the political system.

Libyan citizenship is not a feeling but a work on improving the political system to benefits the individual Libyan Citizen, whose work is integrated into the political system with the Libyan state institutions and what concerns us today is the legal formulations that develop the values of behavior according to the future expectations of the modern Libyan state.

Libya : a stalemate, a deadlock, and a consensus stalemate It seems to me that our experiences from various political backgrounds, intellectual references, and professional streams have not qualified to be able to take initiatives at an inclusive forum to avoid further divisions in the Libyan society and to end the havoc of civil war that has burned green and made into ruins.  We are talking today about the advanced military forces from the east to the west of Libya , which was stationed on the outskirts of the Libyan capital of Tripoli . We say that if no, the military forces did not respond to what happened, and we all described the initiative of Mr. Ghassan Salama, the UN Special Envoy to Libya . But it seems that the ships were not heading as they were drawn towards the National Forum, the whole UN initiative in its content three stages working to cross the Libyan state and facilitate the stability to see that victory and then attributed fragmentation.
