Changes in Libyan society are aimed at Libyan culture and the Libyan political structure, which has been so far under the vague vision of the Libyan national consensus politicians.
A reality that changes the political approach in which political decision-makers can move the Libyan society from a former political system to a constitutional civil-institutional system in which political action is capable of citizenship that takes the lead in the process of change
A human
development factor that depicts the organic relationship between the two
dimensions of Libyan societal development and democracy in partnership with
individuals as the transition from chaos to deliberate and planned voluntary
process.
Democracy is
the mechanism of the institutional, legislative and regulatory framework that
provides the general framework for the emergence and comprehensiveness of development
that guarantees all aspects of economic, social and political life.
There is the
dialectic of Libyan society, which imposes on political decision-makers a way
out of political divisions that pave the way for the development of the
country, explore more Libyan human resources and provide more opportunities in
political competition to create more individual initiatives that work on
political consensus between conflicting parties as well as the competing for
power.
Ensuring the
possibility of pushing forward the negotiations for a comprehensive peace in Libya is to ensure that radical solutions are reached in order to
carry out ongoing research with the development process that establishes the
concept of democratic practice in Libyan society.
Therefore,
the urgency of implementing the agreement of the Moroccan, by adding, changing
and modifying on the works that have been done, is the way to the stability of
the Libyan state, a works to help the Arab and Western countries understand the
Libyan issue from the perspective of the common interests between us and them.
Inevitably,
the process of stability works to divert the attention of countries that have
ambitions in the Libyan affairs and those who are willing to intervene in
various pretexts, such as beatings that regulate al-Qaeda or other organized
groups such as the Islamic state that helps further chaos within Libyan
society.
The forces
that oppose the agreement between the Libyan political parties will find
themselves in a position of negotiation with no choice, with the presence of
the Libyan community dialogue in full, which imposes a new political reality
with the masses of the Libyan people in return for security and stability and
the completion of Libyan political development work.
Putting the
general policies of the Libyan states in the development fields to the
priorities and facts on the ground and local considerations logically lead to
more rationality to move the state of Libya in the right direction, creating a
kind of integrated national consensus among the members of Libyan society.
Here is the
vision of the development, the vision of the establishment of a Libyan state
unified within the reforms of the Libyan Constitution, which should be
presented to the referendum as the Constitution of Libya, which saves us from
the regional divisions and conflicts and move us to the Libyan national
democratic government.
